Food for Flight

Food for Flight is a charity trio celebrating three keystone plant species of the Midwest. Keystone species are the glue that holds their ecosystems together, and in honor of their role, $1 from each bottle sold will be donated to the Nature Conservancy.

For over 75 years, they have partnered with communities worldwide to support conservation initiatives, protecting over 125 million acres of land and 137 million acres of ocean, and creating more than 700 public nature preserves.

At a time when federal and state protections for public lands, waterways, and endangered species are being rolled back at an unprecedented rate, the work they do is more important than ever, and Firefly Lacquer is proud to support their mission. In addition to the proceeds from Food for Flight, from August 13–September 13, $1 of each polish sold from the previously released Field and Feather collection will be donated as well.

Food for Flight polishes will be sold for $14 each, or $35 for the trio.
