Refund policy

Due to the nature of cosmetic products, Firefly Lacquer is not able to accept returns. 

However, refunds to your original form of payment, replacements (for in-stock items), or store credit will be issued for defective items or items damaged in transit. 

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or has a quality issue, please contact support@fireflylacquer.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include the following:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue


Handcrafted Variation

All Firefly Lacquer polishes are made in small batches.

Slight variations in color, shimmer, or pigment distribution may occur between batches. These differences are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.

Color may also appear differently depending on lighting, skin tone, and screen settings.

However, if you believe your item has a discrepancy beyond normal batch variation, please reach out. 


Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to make a change to your order, please reach out as soon as possible. 

I can't guarantee changes or cancellations once processing has begun, but will do my best to help. 


Shipping Issues

Once a package has been handed off to the carrier, Firefly Lacquer is not responsible for shipping delays or transit issues.

If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please email me so that I can open a lost package claim with the carrier.
