Shipping policy
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 15-21 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Pre-order items will begin processing once the order window closes.
U.S. Shipping
Orders ship via ground shipping.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, and free shipping is available (no code required) for orders $60 and over.
International Shipping
Canadian orders will ship via ground. An automatic $10 discount will be applied to orders over $75 to help offset shipping costs. Any duties or associated fees will be the buyer's responsibility.
Unfortunately, at this time, I am unable to offer other international shipping, but I hope to add this option as I expand.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or customs processing.
If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please reach out and I will file a claim with the carrier.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
Firefly Lacquer is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
Marked as Delivered
Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are considered delivered. If you’re unable to locate your package, please check with neighbors or your local post office.
Shipping Restrictions
Due to shipping regulations for nail polish, some locations may not be eligible for delivery. If I am unable to fulfill your order, I will contact you directly.
